Opulent Real Estate is a RERA-registered real estate investment advisory firm based in Gurugram. We specialise in advising clients on premium residential and luxury real estate investments, helping them make informed property decisions through market insights, research and personalised advisory.
We work with leading developers such as DLF, Central Park, Godrej, Birla and Signature Global, catering to discerning homebuyers and investors.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern who is interested in building a career in real estate, sales, marketing and business development.
The role will offer hands-on exposure to the luxury real estate market, client engagement, lead generation, digital marketing and business development.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Canva.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership.
- Interest in sales, marketing, real estate and entrepreneurship.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate and identify potential leads through online and offline channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Assist in lead management, follow-ups and maintaining the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate client meetings, property visits and presentations.
- Support the team in developing new business opportunities.
2. Marketing & Brand Building
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Opulent Real Estate.
- Support the company's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create engaging marketing content, presentations, brochures and promotional material.
- Research market trends, competitor activities and emerging real estate opportunities.
- Assist in building brand awareness and expanding the company's digital footprint.
3. Market Research & Analysis
- Research residential and commercial real estate projects in Gurugram.
- Track property prices, market trends, new launches and developer offerings.
- Prepare project comparison sheets and investment-related presentations.
- Develop an understanding of the luxury real estate market and investment landscape.
