Travellers Journey is a premier luxury travel company and destination management company, specializing in bespoke itineraries, high-end group departures, private jet route curation, and corporate travel packages.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Intern to support our core travel teams. In this role, you will assist with client inquiries, vendor coordination, crafting customized luxury itineraries, and managing booking workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury hospitality and bespoke tourism sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in curating bespoke travel itineraries and luxury tour packages for high-net-worth clients.

• Coordinate with ground partners, hotels, B2B DMC vendors, and transport providers for seamless trip execution.

• Manage client communications, inquiry tracking, and follow-ups via CRM and messaging platforms.

• Prepare proforma invoices, quotation summaries, and travel documentation.

• Support operational logistics for upcoming group departures and private expeditions.
