3. User Accounts

Certain features of Apply My Internship may require you to create an account.

When creating and maintaining an account, you agree to:

Keep your account information updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Internship and Job Listings

Apply My Internship may allow companies, employers, recruiters, organizations, and other authorized users to publish internship and job opportunities.

Listings may include information such as:

Duration of the internship or employment opportunity.

Employers and listing providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information contained in their listings.

WNI does not guarantee that:

Any listing will remain available.

A candidate will receive an interview or offer.
Information supplied by an employer is completely accurate.
An internship will lead to employment.
A particular stipend or compensation will be paid.
An opportunity will meet a user's expectations.

We may review, edit, restrict, reject, remove, or disable listings that violate our policies, applicable law, or these Terms.

6. Candidate Applications

When you apply for an internship or other opportunity through Apply My Internship, the information contained in your application may be shared with the relevant employer, recruiter, organization, or other party responsible for reviewing the opportunity.

Employers are solely responsible for their recruitment decisions and their relationships with candidates.

WNI is not the employer of candidates recruited by third-party organizations through Apply My Internship unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. No Guarantee of Internship, Employment, or Selection

Apply My Internship is a platform intended to facilitate connections between candidates and organizations.

Registration, application submission, profile creation, payment, or use of any paid service does not guarantee an interview, internship, job, selection, offer, placement, stipend, salary, or employment.

Selection decisions are made independently by employers, recruiters, or organizations.

WNI does not control or determine:

Which candidates employers select.
Whether an employer conducts an interview.
Whether an employer issues an offer.
The terms or duration of an internship.
The stipend or salary offered by an employer.
Whether an employer continues, modifies, or cancels an opportunity.

9. Paid Services and Payments

Apply My Internship may offer paid services, packages, internship listings, candidate access services, promotional services, recruitment services, or other features.

Applicable prices and service descriptions will generally be displayed before a transaction is completed.

Payments made through the platform may be processed by third-party payment gateway providers.

WNI operates the Apply My Internship platform and is responsible for receiving payments for applicable paid services, subject to the payment arrangements and applicable law.

By completing a transaction, you authorize the applicable payment service provider to process the payment in accordance with the transaction details presented to you.

You are responsible for reviewing the relevant service description, pricing, and applicable terms before completing a transaction.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

13. Prohibited Activities

18. Account Suspension and Termination

Nothing in this section excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WNI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Such losses may include losses arising from:

Failure to obtain an internship or employment.
Employer or candidate conduct.
Incorrect information submitted by users.
Interactions between users.
Cancellation of internships or job opportunities.
Third-party services.
Platform interruptions.
Unauthorized access arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Loss of data or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification
