    BizCraft Advisors Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based Chartered Accountancy and corporate advisory firm. We provide payroll, statutory compliance, GST, direct tax, audit, and corporate advisory services to clients across industries.

    About the Internship
    The HR Intern will support our emplopyee hiring,  HR and payroll compliance team in day-to-day operations, with exposure to the employee lifecycle and labour law compliance.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment coordination: sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
    • Maintain employee records and onboarding and exit documentation
    • Collate attendance, leave, and salary inputs for payroll processing
    • Prepare HR trackers, reports, and MIS
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for interview and HR documentation
