Ink Robo is a modern custom printing company where customers can personalize and order products such as t-shirts, mugs, packaging, stationery, corporate gifts, and much more. We run a dynamic e-commerce platform and are continuously evolving our technology to improve user experience, automate production, and scale the business.

We are looking for a Tech-Savvy E-commerce Intern who can support our website development, automation, data management, and integrations — perfect for students or fresh graduates with a background in computer science, IT, or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing our e-commerce website (built on Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento / custom platform).

• Work on automation scripts to improve order processing, invoicing, and backend operations.

• Support integration of third-party tools (CRM, email marketing, shipping APIs, inventory management).

• Help maintain and update product databases and bulk uploads using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL.

• Work with marketing teams to implement tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and Google Analytics setup.

• Contribute to improving site performance, SEO technical health, and user experience.

• Assist in testing and deploying new website features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom CMS).

• Basic understanding of API integrations and webhooks.

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, CSV cleaning).

• Good understanding of SEO basics, Google Analytics, and web performance optimization is a plus.

• Knowledge of Python or scripting languages for automation is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Eligibility

• Students pursuing or graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Data Science, or related fields.

• Available to work full-time or part-time for the duration of the internship.
