Eventts by Swork is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Event Intern to assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, product launches, and brand activations. This role provides hands-on experience in event planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground event management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in event planning and coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
• Help prepare event checklists, schedules, and documentation.
• Support venue setup, guest management, and event execution.
• Ensure smooth on-ground operations during events.
• Assist in post-event reporting and inventory management.
