Working schedule: - 6 days, Morning 09:30 am to 19:00Pm (9:30 hrs) & Sunday Week-off

Experience: - Knowledge of excel, software,

Preferred industry: - consultancy or relevant

Education: - Min. Graduate in any discipline

Exposure: - recruitment, HR coordination, talent acquisition, hiring support, or candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability, experience, salary expectations, and joining availability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment databases, and records of interview status and offers.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, joining confirmations, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements and support timely closures.
• Prepare basic recruitment MIS reports and provide regular updates to the HR team.

Key Skills: Good communication, coordination, MS Excel, attention to detail, and willingness to learn recruitment processes.
