Business Intelligence Analyst

Victro Kart is a fast-growing e-commerce platform transforming the way people shop online. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in turning data into insights that drive business decisions across marketing, operations, product, and customer experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that optimize sales, marketing, inventory, and customer experience.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.

• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate business strategies.

• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in sales, customer behavior, and operational processes.

• Automate data pipelines and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.

• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.

• Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.

• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role (e-commerce or retail industry experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), retention, churn, acquisition cost, etc.

• Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

• Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus.
