Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify residential and commercial properties suitable for listing on Broklet
- Research property markets, projects, locations and developers
- Contact property owners, brokers, builders and property managers
- Assist with onboarding new properties onto the platform
- Collect and verify property details, pricing, amenities and availability
- Maintain accurate property listing information
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Generate and qualify property acquisition leads
- Support business development and partnership activities
- Coordinate with property owners and real estate partners
- Track leads, conversations and onboarding progress in CRM
- Assist with improving Broklet's property inventory and marketplace
