Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in analyzing real estate markets, evaluating investment opportunities, and financial modeling. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in real estate finance, investment analysis, and asset management.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess real estate investment opportunities
• Analyze property values, market trends, and economic indicators to support investment decisions
• Prepare financial models, cash flow projections, and ROI analysis using Excel or financial tools
• Assist in due diligence, risk assessment, and investment feasibility studies
• Research and compile reports on real estate developments, property portfolios, and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
• Support in preparing presentations, investment memos, and proposals for stakeholders
• Monitor real estate investment performance and identify areas for optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, cash flow analysis), PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and property valuation
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret financial data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real estate financial tools such as Argus, CoStar, or REIT analysis platforms
• Understanding of capital markets, property management, and real estate financing
• Prior coursework or experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or real estate transactions
