    Internship Description

    We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will gain practical exposure to real estate sales, lead generation, broker networking, client relationship management, and commercial property leasing.

    The role will involve connecting with real estate consultants, brokers, corporate companies, and prospective clients to generate business opportunities for commercial properties. The intern will also get hands-on experience in property marketing, networking, client communication, and sales conversion.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
    • Connect with real estate consultants and visit them for networking and partnership opportunities
    • Generate leads for 3 BHK flats for fast growing industrial city of Vapi & Commercial office space in Andheri.
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective brokers and agents
    • Generate revenue by successfully leasing out commercial office spaces
    • Connect with corporate firms to understand their office space needs
    • Execute lead generation campaigns to attract prospective clients
    • Use social media platforms to market properties and attract new clients.
