About the Role

We’re looking for someone who loves products, websites, visuals and making things look good online.

As a Product & E-commerce Creative Intern, you’ll work closely with our team to manage how products are presented across our website — from uploading products and creating collections to improving product visuals, descriptions and overall website merchandising.

This is not just a data-entry internship. You’ll get hands-on exposure to e-commerce, product management, content, design and digital merchandising.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You

• Have a strong eye for design and aesthetics.

• Enjoy browsing websites and noticing how products are presented.

• Are comfortable using Canva or similar design tools.

• Have basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator — a plus, not mandatory.

• Are organised and detail-oriented.

• Can work with Excel or Google Sheets.

• Are comfortable learning website backend tools.

• Have good written English.

• Are curious about e-commerce, branding, product and digital design.

• Can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Upload and manage products on the website.

• Create product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing and tags.

• Organise products into categories, collections and themes.

• Update product images, mockups and website visuals.

• Help create attractive product pages that are easy to understand and shop.

• Work on banners, thumbnails and basic product creatives.

• Assist in launching new products and collections.

• Maintain product data, SKUs and website information.

• Check the website for outdated information, broken images or incorrect listings.

• Help decide which products should be highlighted, featured or repositioned.

• Coordinate with design, product and marketing teams for product launches.

• Research e-commerce trends, product presentation styles and competitor websites.

• Keep the website fresh, organised and visually consistent.
