Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns who want to build their career in recruitment and HR. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine & other job portals
• Screen resumes according to job requirements
• Contact candidates and conduct initial telephonic screening
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Understand client requirements and source relevant profiles
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Confident and willing to make recruitment calls
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
